STUART AITKEN
Design Director

Stuart leads the business interior design team’s efforts within both the traditional and design & build sectors. He has 24 years of expertise in the commercial interior design field, providing an invaluable asset to both commercial interiors clients and the fellow design professionals that they work with.

His career began with an architectural practice in Winchester working on projects ranging from commercial new build projects to complex conservation contracts. Stuart’s commercial interior design and build (D&B) experience started in 1986 when he set up the design arm for a leading D&B company working in this discipline until 2008 when he joined Office Projects as its Design Director.

Outside of work Stuart is passionate about his sport and enjoys playing tennis. He combines his love of football with his enthusiast for youth development by coaching an Under 17 youth football team since they were age 7, all be it loosing a few along the way to professional football club academies!

Dedicated to design, Stuart even takes his work home with him, having designed (and built alongside his fellow football club members) their new clubhouse & stadium facilities!
