BRITISH AIRPORTS AUTHORITY

Office Projects were invited to tender for the prestigious project to fit out BAA's European Headquarters at Belgrave House, Victoria.

A total of twelve of the country's leading contractors were invited to particpate in an initial pre-qualification process, supervised by leading architect Foster & Partners and Quantity Surveying firm EC Harris. We were selected amongst a short-list of four and subsequently selected as main contractor on the basis of our delivery track-record, our highly experienced project team and keen tender submission.

The project was delivered to the client's satisfaction and indeed OPL were asked half way through the programme to take on the refurbishment of an additional BAA floor in an adjacent building.
