This leading engineering Company has occupied a tired and ageing head office building in Bracknell for many years and it was time to relocate to a new landmark building in the Southern Industrial Estate.

Office Projects were invited to pitch for this Design & Build Project in partnership with Tilney Shane Architects and were successful against some of the industries most influential D&B firms.

All the directors and staff at IHS were delighted with their new HQ building and since OPL delivered this project (which has been featured in some leading commercial interior design magazines) noticeably more senior executives have been flying in for extended meetings!
