ROLLS-ROYCEWhen BMW purchased Rolls-Royce they decided to establish a corporate headquarters in England.A greenfield site was secured at Goodwood in Sussex and a major 540,000 sq ft development was designed by architects Nicholas Grimshaw & Partners with Davis Langdon as Quantity Surveyor. Office Projects were appointed main contractor from an international shortlist due to our professional approach, flexible working practices and value for money. The half a million square foot project included VIP showrooms, executive offices and car assembly plant. Working directly for the BMW project management team, the £8.5 million contract was completed on time and on budget within a remarkable 15 month period. Rolls-Royce was subsequently awarded a RIBA award for the project.
