London - 23rd August, 2011 - Opl Group, the award winning design, fit-out and refurbishment company, has been acquired by international infrastructure group Balfour Beatty for £8m.

The company, which was founded in 1994 by Neil Laughton and Andrew Russell, has become synonymous with creating and delivering inspirational working environments up to £18m and has grown to be a £40m turnover business. Providing top quality commercial interior and exterior fitout and refurbishment services, Opl Group has worked with organisations in both the public and private sector throughout the UK. Clients include BAA, Rolls Royce, Virgin, Transport for London, The Department of Business Innovation and Skills, Orange and B&Q.
